We stand behind our £2,000 PhD Application Support Programme. Once enrolled, if you complete the agreed application process and an eligible PhD offer is not secured, you may receive a refund of your programme fee in accordance with the Offer Guarantee conditions.

Key conditions

  • You must provide complete, accurate and authentic academic and personal information.
  • You must meet the academic, English-language and other entry requirements for the agreed applications.
  • You must apply to the agreed range of suitable UK universities and PhD opportunities recommended through the programme.
  • You must meet agreed deadlines, attend scheduled support sessions and complete required application actions and revisions.
  • The guarantee does not apply where an application outcome is affected by inaccurate information, missed deadlines, withdrawn applications, refusal to follow the agreed application plan, or other circumstances attributable to the applicant.
